This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients through inbound calls and email, utilizing ERP software, and leveraging strong communication skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and product information
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with Outside Sales Team and Factory Representatives to reach sales goals. Experience
• Demonstrated success in call center, telemarketing, or customer service roles
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to use current technology to perform work function, such as navigating websites.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office utilities Pay: $29,098.99 - $59,129.96 per year
