Join One of the Midwest's Leading Professional AV Manufacturer Representatives Online Marketing is one of the Midwest's premier manufacturer's representative and distribution firms serving the commercial, residential, and professional audio/video markets. Since 1989, we've represented many of the industry's most respected brands while helping integrators, consultants, and dealers grow their businesses through technical expertise and exceptional customer support. We are seeking an experienced Regional Territory Manager to support and expand our Southwest Territory. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, self-directed sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working independently with minimal supervision. If you're someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged, enjoys owning your territory, and is driven by results, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business opportunities.
• Call on commercial AV integrators, rental & production companies, consultants, government agencies, educational institutions, and end users.
• Conduct product demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, technical training sessions, and sales presentations.
• Work alongside customer sales and engineering teams to recommend the best technical solutions.
• Execute manufacturer promotions, product launches, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Travel throughout the territory approximately 23 days per week while managing your schedule from a home office. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:

Qualifications

• 510+ years of professional AV industry experience.
• Background in one or more of the following:
• Professional AV sales
• AV integration
• System design
• Live sound
• Studio production
• Commercial audio/video installation
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Professional audio systems
• Digital and analog mixing consoles
• DSP platforms
• Amplification
• Microphones
• Distributed audio
• Commercial video systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Compensation

• Approximately $85,000 annual base salary (commensurate with experience)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
