At CAS Rep, we are a family-owned manufacturers' representative firm specializing in wall panels, metal composite panels, and specialty building materials. Would you like to be in construction on the professional side, involved but not swinging the hammer? Our group handles back-end challenges with architects and installers to bring our products to commercial and institutional projects. Could you picture yourself on the job sites observing, training, teaching, and functioning as a technical resource for architectural firms and installers? If this sounds like you, please consider CAS Reps for your next opportunity. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage the full lifecycle of a project leadfrom identification through pricing and handoff. This is a hands-on role that sits at the center of our sales process. You'll work directly with the division manager and serve as the operational engine that keeps opportunities moving forward. Our work environment is casual with a mix of single and family-oriented colleagues that range in age from early 20's to early 70's. Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
