Overview

Comfort is seeking driven individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales & Neighborhood Marketing Rep role with clear growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential. In this field-based position, you will engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events, introduce Comfort's services, and schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates. This is not a closing or cold-calling role. Your responsibility is to start the conversation and set qualified appointmentsour sales team handles the rest.

Compensation

& Earnings

• Base Pay: $18$20 per hour (paid weekly)
• Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Earn more for every qualified appointment you set
• Top Performers Average: $25$35+ per hour (higher during peak weeks) Your effort directly impacts your earningsthere's no cap on what you can make.
