What You'll Do

:

• Knock doors and generate appointments for homeowners
• Introduce homeowners to impact windows, doors, and Tex-Cote lifetime exterior coating
• Lead by exampleyour work ethic sets the tone for the team
• Learn to Train and motivate your team to reach performance goals
