Position Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Design Consultant to join our in- home sales team. This role focuses on providing tailored window and door replacement solutions for homeowners. You'll meet with pre-qualified leads, assess customer needs, and recommend the best products and design optionsno cold calling required!

What You'll Do

:

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess homeowners' needs and recommend window and door solutions.
• Educate clients on product options, benefits, and design aesthetics.
• Create professional estimates and close sales using a consultative approach.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Who You Are

:

• Experience in home improvement sales, design consultation, or customer service is a plus (but not required we train!).
• Strong communication and people skills you enjoy meeting new people and helping them improve their homes.
• Self-motivated with a passion for success and a strong work ethic.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable using technology for quotes and presentations.
