Water Cleanup Sales Consultant Location: El Paso and surrounding area Earnings Potential: Uncapped most reps earn $75K+, with many exceeding $100K Earn What You're Worth 100% commission with full training and real opportunity Training Pay Provided during your first 90 days Roto-Rooter is hiring a driven, customer-focused Outside Mitigation Sales Consultant to grow our Water Restoration division. This is a fast-paced, field-based role built for individuals who want to take control of their income. No cold calling or canvassing. Leads are provided. You'll respond to active service callsreal customers who need helpand convert those opportunities into booked jobs.

• Respond to service calls and assess customer needs on-site
• Clearly explain the situation and recommend the right solution
• Take ownership of the conversation and confidently secure the job
• Complete initial documentation to get work started
