Build a High-Income Sales Career with a Market Leader At Rainstamp Manufacturing, we don't just sell products, we help our distributors grow thriving businesses. As the leading U.S. manufacturer of seamless rain gutters and accessories since 1972, we've built a reputation for quality, reliability, product availability, and long-term partnerships. Now, we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to take ownership of our Western USA Region distributor accounts and accelerate growth. In this role, you'll operate as the face of Rainstamp across your territorybuilding relationships, growing revenue, and uncovering new opportunities.

• Own and grow a portfolio of distributor accounts across the West region
• Identify and close new business opportunities within your territory
• Strengthen relationships through on-site visits, training, and support
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer success
• Leverage CRM and data tools to track performance and uncover growth opportunities
• Represent RainStamp at regional or national trade shows and industry events

Compensation

& Perks

• $75K base salary + uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: $125K$140K+ (top performers exceed this)
• Annual base salary raises tied to performance

• Seasoned travel experience
• Proven success in outside sales (construction or building materials a plus)
