Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, including supervising team members and ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight hotel offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the hospitality sector.
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively while enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and human resources to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor budget performance and assist in financial planning related to sales initiatives.
