Flooring Sales Representative Location: Murray, UT Company: AAA Flooring Join a Growing Team AAA Flooring, Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated Flooring Sales Representative to help homeowners and commercial clients select the perfect flooring while ensuring each project is completed with exceptional customer service. To be considered for this position, previous flooring experience is a must. This position combines sales, project coordination, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple flooring projects from the initial consultation through final completion.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and commercial customers to discuss flooring needs.
• Measure project areas and provide accurate flooring estimates.
• Sell carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and other flooring products.
• Educate customers on flooring options, warranties, and installation processes.
• Order materials and verify product accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate flooring installations with subcontractors and installers.
• Communicate project schedules and expectations with customers.
• Visit job sites during installation to ensure quality workmanship.
• Perform final walkthroughs to verify project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed project notes and documentation.
• Work closely with the office staff and project managers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous flooring sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of carpet, LVP, hardwood, laminate, and flooring installation practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to read floor plans and perform accurate measurements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. Preferred Experience
