We are a sales and consulting firm partnered with AT&T;, and we are hiring a AT&T; Sales Team Member in Cape Coral to help customers find reliable wireless solutions that fit their everyday needs. This AT&T; Sales Team Member position is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new products, and building strong sales and customer service skills. As an AT&T; Sales Team Member, you will focus on providing strong customer service while supporting daily sales activities. The AT&T; Sales Team Member will assist residential customers in understanding available wireless services, answering questions, and helping them choose the right wireless options for their lifestyle. Our AT&T; Sales Team Member role is designed for someone who wants to gain experience in sales, develop excellent customer service habits, and learn the fundamentals of the wireless industry. Responsibilities

:

• Provide friendly customer service while assisting residential customers with wireless products and services.
• Support daily sales efforts by explaining wireless plans, devices, and promotions to customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process while maintaining a positive customer service experience.
• Help residential customers understand the benefits of different wireless options and services.
• Deliver consistent customer service while answering questions about wireless products and sales offers.
• Assist with completing sales enrollments and setting up wireless services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Work with the team to maintain high customer service standards and reach sales goals.
• Continue learning about new wireless products and improving sales and customer service skills. AT &T; Sales Team Member

Qualifications

:

• Interest in sales, customer service, or working in a people-focused role.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude toward customer service and sales.
• Comfortable working in a team environment focused on sales and strong customer service.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work is a plus.

Overview

: This position is a full time employment position located in Cape Coral, FL. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.

• Pay: 100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
• Clients & Products: We work with AT&T; promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
• Location: Cape Coral, FL Pay: From $700.00 per week Work Location: In person
