We are seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to build and grow a book of business across targeted industries (e.g., contractors, real estate, professional services, small-midsized businesses). This role is designed for producers who want to:

• Focus on larger accounts and higher commissions
• Build a long-term, residual income stream

• First-year realistic range: $60K$120K+
• Established producers: $150K$200K+

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and close new commercial P&C business
• Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers
• Identify coverage gaps and design tailored insurance programs
• Manage and grow a profitable book of business
• Generate referrals and long-term client relationships

Qualifications

:

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience in commercial insurance sales preferred
• Proven ability (or strong desire) to prospect and close business
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven work style
