We provide roofing, siding, windows, and gutter solutions while focusing on exceptional customer service and developing talented people from within. As a growing company, we're adding 10 to 15 Sales Representatives over the next few months. Early team members will have the opportunity to help shape our culture while building a rewarding career. What You'll Be Doing This is a sales position working with homeowners throughout local neighborhoods. Your role is to build relationships, identify potential exterior concerns, and connect homeowners with the right solutions. Daily responsibilities include:
• Meeting with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and exterior conditions
• Prospecting residential neighborhoods to generate qualified leads
• Scheduling appointments for our inspection and closing specialists
• Explaining the inspection, insurance, and restoration process
• Participating in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing sales training
• Continuously improving through mentorship and skill development

Compensation

• First-year earning potential of approximately $100,000 to $120,000
