El Paso / Borderplex | 1099 Independent Contractor | Bilingual English & Spanish Required Run your own territory. Build your own book. Get paid like it. Holly Street Sales Co. is hiring Territory Managers, Student Enrollment to represent Mountain View Vocational Institute (MVVI) , a vocational school with campuses in El Paso, TX and Alamogordo, NM. MVVI helps people start real careers in as little as five weeks through hands- on training in programs like CDL, Heavy Equipment, Mobile Crane, Construction, Welding, and Healthcare. This isn't a desk job or a booth job. You'll own your own territory and spend your days building relationships with the people who already know our future students while prospecting directly in the community. You'll have the freedom to manage your territory, build your pipeline, and grow your income.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with high school CTE programs, counselors, workforce and career centers, community colleges, adult education and GED programs, and local employers.
• Become the primary MVVI contact throughout your territory.
• Prospect directly by visiting truck stops, construction sites, restaurants, nursing homes, home health agencies, and other locations where prospective students are already working.
• Schedule and deliver information sessions and classroom presentations.
• Capture and submit qualified leads for fast follow-up.
• Own your territory and your weekly performance metrics, including relationships built, presentations scheduled, leads generated, and student enrollments.

Compensation

• Paid Ramp Bonus
• Building a territory takes time. During your first eight weeks, you'll have the opportunity to earn a weekly ramp bonus on top of your commissions as you build your pipeline and hit enrollment milestones.
• Uncapped Tiered Commission From day one, you'll earn commission on every student you enroll, with higher commission rates as your weekly enrollments increase. Expected earnings: $75,000$115,000+ annually Full commission tiers and ramp bonus details are discussed during the interview process. What We're Looking For
• Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
• Outbound, field sales, recruiting, military recruiting, community outreach, canvassing, B2B sales, fundraising, or similar experience
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Based in or near El Paso, TX
• Organized and disciplined with lead tracking and follow-up Position Details
