Masonry Sales Consultant / Field Sales Representative About the Position Cruz Masonry LLC is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to meet with homeowners throughout the Tulsa area. This position is not responsible for preparing final estimates or pricing projects. Your primary role is to understand the customer's needs, inspect the project, gather accurate information, and represent our company professionally. Final estimates and pricing will be prepared by the company owner.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Listen carefully to the customer's needs and goals.
• Inspect masonry, brick, stone, chimney, mailbox, concrete, and retaining wall projects.
• Take measurements, photos, and detailed notes.
• Explain our services and answer general questions.
• Collect all project information needed for the final estimate.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow up with potential customers after appointments.
• Represent Cruz Masonry LLC with honesty and professionalism.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Construction or masonry knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos, measurements, and notes.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Compensation

• Full-time position.
