Entry Level Sales Representative Fishers, IN | Full-Time | $10.00/hr | Paid Weekly | Hiring Now Talk to People. Sell Great Products. Get Paid Weekly. Wildfire is a direct sales and marketing firm in Indianapolis hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to rep Just Energy and Primo Water at live events and pop-ups throughout the Indianapolis area. You'll be out in the community every day engaging consumers face-to-face and closing sales on the spot. No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.

What You'll Do

• Rep Just Energy and Primo Water at live events, pop-ups, and direct marketing campaigns throughout Indianapolis
• Engage consumers face-to-face and present products in a clear, compelling way
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics every shift
• Track daily results including leads generated and customer interactions
• Learn sales strategy and client management alongside senior team members
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions What We're Looking For
• Outgoing, positive communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow
• Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
• Comfortable standing and on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to event locations around Indianapolis
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus never required
• Fluent in Spanish is a bonus What You'll Earn
