Interview Today, Start Tomorrow! Blue Springs Siding and Windows is currently hiring! We need 5 to 10 new people to join and grow with our Marketing Department as soon as possible! We are one of the leading window and siding companies in the mid-west! We have been in business over 20 years strong due to our strive to provide incredible value, superior workmanship, with amazing results and this all starts with the people we hire! We are currently looking for people to join our lead acquisition team. No experience required. We will teach you everything you need to know with paid training! Entry-level but it is one of our most important position with room to grow! Job Responsibility: Our Direct Marketing Representative is responsible for generating the leads our sales reps run through face to face interaction with potential customers. We offer Hourly + Bonus/Commission: -Average performers are making $16 - $20 p/h -Good performers are making $20 - $25 p/h -Better performers are making $25 - 30$ p/h +

Qualifications

: -Strong Work Ethic -Great Attitude -Growing Student Mentality -Comfortable talking to 25-30 people a day -Able to work outside as needed -Able to walk 4-5 miles a day and be on your feet for hours at a time. -Valid Driver's License is not required but is a plus Hours of Operation:
