Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with clients in various markets. You will leverage your expertise in account management, customer service, and business development to identify new opportunities and negotiate contracts that meet the needs of our customers. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in outside sales, particularly within the construction sector.

Duties

• Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach.
• Demonstrate software products and technology solutions to clients.
• Execute direct sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Requirments
