Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position, ideal for individuals who are driven, outgoing, and eager to maximize their earning potential through sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet targets
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and potential customers
• Keep sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience REQUIRED
