What You'll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and online communication
• Set and confirm appointments that show
• Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience
• Utilize the CRM to manage follow-up and maintain accurate customer records
• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and appointment goals
• Help generate repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For
• Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience is required
• Proven ability to convert internet leads into sales
• Strong communication skills by phone, text, email, and in person
• Experience using a CRM and following a structured sales process
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
