CRE8 Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy offering sterile and non-sterile services. We're expanding and seeking an enthusiastic Provider Account Sales Representative with compounding pharmacy experience to join our Coral Springs team. The Representative will serve as the primary contact for providers, assess and address their compounding needs, and build strong relationships while achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute and manage resources to providers within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and customers
• Establish and maintain high-quality customer relationships
• Attend targeted conferences and events as needed
• Operate ethically and follow company processes, industry guidelines, and regulations
• Achieve assigned sales goals and target customer contact frequency
• Use technology and CRM tools to track activity and reporting
• Work independently with strong organization, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Maintain reliable automobile transportation, current insurance, and a safe driving record
• Perform other duties as assigned Required Experience &

Qualifications

• 12 years proven sales experience in a compounding pharmacy (required)
• Experience in compound pharmacy sales and marketing (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong customer service, process management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
