Job Summary

: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the USA, Canada, and LATAM markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical CRO/CDMO services and a proven track record in acquiring and managing pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Drive new business for Bioequivalence (BA/BE) Studies, Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, and Formulation CDMO services.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients.
• Collaborate with internal scientific, regulatory, quality, and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1015+ years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical CRO/CDMO industry.
• Minimum 8 years of experience handling USA pharmaceutical accounts.
• Strong knowledge of BA/BE studies, Clinical Trials, Formulation Development, CDMO services, ANDA/505(b)(2), and pharmaceutical outsourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the USA, Canada, and LATAM as required. Preferred Industry Experience: CROs, CDMOs/CMOs, Generic Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Pharma, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, and Drug Delivery Organizations. Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
