What You'll Do

• Generating your own residential and commercial roofing leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Conduct professional roof inspections and identify customer needs.
• Educate homeowners and property owners on repair and replacement options.
• Guide customers through the insurance restoration process when applicable.
• Prepare estimates and close profitable roofing projects.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion.
• Build long-term referral relationships that generate repeat business. What We're Looking For
• Previous roofing sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to generate your own leads and consistently close sales.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable prospecting in the field and asking for referrals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and walk on roofs.
