Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets - Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns - Daily documentation in CRM system - Manage digital marketing efforts including email marketing, and social media - Collaborate with hospitals, rehabs, communities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing -Schedule tours and conduct tours to convert to move-in
