Overview

: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Tractor Salesperson to join our team. This role focuses on helping customersboth walk-in and phone-infind the right compact tractors, utility equipment, turf equipment and attachments to fit their needs. You'll be part of a professional, customer-focused environment where performance and product knowledge are rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage customers in person, online, and by phone to assess equipment needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide product information, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
• Prepare detailed quotes and follow up with prospects to close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Support showroom merchandising and assist outside sales efforts as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in sales, equipment, agriculture, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tractors or implements a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
