Job Title: Automation Sales Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC Employment: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Sales Engineer to develop new business and grow customer relationships within the building automation and controls market. This is a technical, customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems while building long-term partnerships. Local travel with occasional overnight travel as needed

Responsibilities

Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships. Sell building automation and controls solutions. Meet customers on-site to identify opportunities and provide technical solutions. Manage projects through the sales cycle. Work independently while achieving sales goals. Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

Experience selling building automation or controls solutions. Strong technical understanding of BAS/controls systems. Ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Comfortable spending significant time in the field with customers.
