Eli's Paver Patios is a locally loved outdoor living company specializing in customer paver patios, driveways, and backyard transformations. We're known for high-quality work, strong customer relationships, and giving back to our community. We're opening a brand-new showroom at Vancouver Mall and looking for someone who can be the face of Eli's in this space. This role is a mix of customer experience, light sales, and outreach. You'll be welcoming walk-in customers, answering questions about our services, and helping to create a great first impression of our brand. You'll follow up with past leads and customers through outbound calling. This is not a high pressure sales role - it's about building relationships, starting conversations, and representing our company well.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom
• Answer questions about paver patios and our services (we'll train you!)
• Help schedule estimates for potential customers
• Make outbound calls to past leads and customers
• Maintain a clean, inviting showroom space
• Represent the Eli's brand with professionalism and warmth What we are looking for:
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
• Comfortable talking to new people and on the phone
• Organized and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and team player
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
