Keller Williams Premier Partners is looking for motivated future agents who want to build a serious career in real estate. No real estate license is required to apply. You just need to be willing to get licensed, learn the business, and put in the work. For qualified candidates, we offer access to a real estate licensing scholarship opportunity that may help cover the cost of approved online licensing education. This gives you a stronger path to get started without taking on the full upfront cost of schooling. (SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBLE FOR WASHINGTON LICENSING ONLY) In addition to licensing support, Keller Williams also offers KW Prep, a career-preparation program designed to help future agents understand the business, build confidence, and prepare for success in real estate. Important: KW Prep is not state-approved prelicensing education and does not satisfy Washington's required licensing education. Licensing education must be completed through a Washington state-approved provider. Once licensed, agents at Keller Williams Premier Partners have access to:
