What You'll Do

• Generate and develop roofing leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, self-marketing, and community outreach.
• Perform initial customer consultations and schedule roof inspections.
• Present roofing solutions and estimates to homeowners and property owners.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Communicate effectively with clients, office staff, and production teams throughout the sales process.
• Represent Del Oro Roofing professionally and uphold our reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. What We Offer

Requirements

• Previous sales experience required.
• Roofing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and networking.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
