We are seeking a dynamic Pharma Services Account Manager to drive strategic growth within our pharmaceutical services division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage key accounts, foster strong client relationships, and promote our advanced pharmaceutical and medical solutions. Overview

: The Pharma Services Account Manager I is responsible for supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer programs through operational oversight, reporting, auditing, billing support, and issue resolution. This role serves as the operational owner of assigned manufacturer accounts and ensures all contractual deliverables, reporting requirements, and paid service activities are completed accurately and on time. The Account Manager partners closely with Operations, HUB Relations, Business Development, Clinical Services, and Analytics teams to support manufacturer programs and provide data-driven insights to leadership. Responsibilities

: Program Management

  • Manage assigned manufacturer programs and fee-for-service initiatives.
  • Maintain understanding of program requirements, workflows, and operational expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements.
  • Participate in implementation activities for new manufacturer programs. Reporting & Analytics
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop quarterly business review (QBR) presentations and supporting documentation.
  • Gather, validate, reconcile, and analyze program performance data.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports for leadership and manufacturer partners. Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct weekly audits of paid service activities.
  • Monitor program compliance and operational performance.
  • Document findings and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. Billing & Financial Support
  • Track and validate billable activities.
  • Support monthly invoicing and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with contractual requirements. Escalation Management
  • Research and resolve patient, provider, manufacturer, and operational escalations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.
  • Track and communicate status updates through completion.
  • Operational Support
  • Coordinate follow-up activities resulting from QBRs and manufacturer meetings.
  • Support development of SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities.
Working Conditions
