What You'll Do

• Run qualified replacement appointments
• Perform in-home comfort consultations
• Present repair and replacement options
• Close replacement systems and IAQ solutions
• Generate referrals and self-generated opportunities
• Follow up consistently until customers make informed decisions
• Collect customer reviews
• Take project photos and before/after documentation

Requirements

:

• 5+ years residential HVAC replacement sales
• Verifiable closing rate above 50%
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license Preferred:
• ServiceTitan experience
• Financing experience (GoodLeap, GreenSky, Wells Fargo, etc.)
• Manual J and airflow knowledge
• IAQ sales experience

Compensation

Our commission plan is designed for experienced professionals. Top performers have the opportunity to earn among the highest commissions in Southwest Florida.
