You'll meet with our customers in person to explain how fiber-optic technology can power their lifestyle. As part of our sales and development team, the Entry Level Enrollment Representative drives sales by highlighting the speed and reliability of customers' value. As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative, you'll ignite curiosity about Quantum Fiber's internet solutions among our customers eager for something better. The Entry Level Enrollment Representative also spends their time meeting them where they already are in person and sharing the benefits of fiber-fast internet in a language everyone understands. • Connect personally with our customers to assist with Quantum Fiber inquiries and recommend plans that improve their daily online experience.
• Offer supportive guidance to help customers resolve technical questions and discover the advantages of Quantum Fiber internet.
• Turn support conversations into sales opportunities by highlighting how Quantum Fiber provides stable, high-speed connectivity for streaming and work.
• Support sales growth by proactively engaging customers and assisting with upgrades to better Quantum Fiber services.
• Create positive experiences by providing clear sales recommendations that lead to confident Quantum Fiber sales and enrollments.
