Who We Are Clear Choice Windows & Doors (CCB# 152050) is an exterior remodeling company serving Oregon and Southwest Washington. What You'll Do

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods (we route you where recent installs, storm activity, and aging exteriors create real demand)
• Start conversations with homeowners and set appointments for free in-home estimates with our sales team
• Work active job sites: while our crews install, you canvass the surrounding streets with a live reference point homeowners can see
• Log every contact and appointment in our CRM (Builder Prime) we track it, and you get paid on it
• Represent two trusted local brands professionally, in company gear, with company marketing materials You are not selling anything at the door. You are setting appointments. Our sales reps close your leads pay you twice: once when the appointment sits, again when it closes. What Top Performers Look Like
• Thick-skinned and self-motivated you understand that "no" is part of the math and the math pays well
• Great on your feet: friendly, quick, coachable, genuinely likable in a 30-second conversation
• Competitive you want a scoreboard, and we keep one
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Able to walk 46 miles a day in Pacific Northwest weather
• Door-to-door, retail, restaurant, or team sports background is a plus not required. We train the script, the routes, and the rebuttals. Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Weekend availability (Saturdays are our best door-answer day) Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
