Job Description

:

• Proven sales ability is required. Must be able to build value, ask for the sale, overcome objections and close. Sales associates are advisors who recommend the right solution based upon specific client needs/wants/context.
• Support clients throughout their time with us. This includes Onboarding, Account Assistance, Milestone Celebrations, Freezes & Cancellations.
• Create a warm and welcoming client-centric environment that is clean & well maintained. Assist with seasonal decor and thematic activities. Extend community through social media.
• Handle billing and account questions, upholding studio policies with empathy for client needs, finding solutions where possible.
• Heavy use of CRM for calls, in person and digital communications with prospects and clients. Document interactions to ensure coordination & quality customer care. Key

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record showing professional work ethic, dependability and attention to detail. We rely on each and every team member to show up ready to support our clients and each other.
• Multi-tasking in a digital environment. Our studio is small but mighty with a lot going on at a time.
• Adept with Canva, CRM, POS, Google Suite. Able to figure out new systems that may be introduced.
• Experience with membership/relationship sales, and especially value-based selling as opposed to transactional sales
• Warm, welcoming and inviting! Able to develop rapport, draw others out, and adapt to different personalities/vibes while remaining authentic Join us to inspire movement and transform lives through engaging fitness experiences! Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
