Sarisand Tile is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse team as a Part-Time Counter Sales Associate. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people but also likes staying organized behind the scenes. You'll split your time between assisting customers at the sales counter, supporting our warehouse operations, and processing paperwork using our computer system. Hours

• MondayFriday
• 7:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m.
• Approximately 25 hours per week
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time position

What You'll Do

• Assist tile installers and contractors as they pick up materials for their jobs.
• Help walk-in customers with product selection and answer general questions.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and other paperwork accurately.
• Enter information into our computer system and maintain organized records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and showroom staff to ensure orders are complete and ready for pickup.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders.
• Participate in educational activities provided by the company to include forklift certification What We're Looking For

• Able to switch seamlessly between helping customers, processing paperwork, answering questions, and supporting warehouse operations without losing attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
