Key Responsibilities

• Learn and confidently communicate the benefits of AT&T; Fiber services, including high-speed internet, Wi-Fi capabilities, and connectivity solutions
• Support community outreach and customer engagement efforts to increase awareness of AT&T; Fiber services throughout the local market
• Assist customers with service enrollments, account setup, and account-related updates while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Participate in daily team meetings focused on performance goals, promotions, and business updates
• Build positive customer relationships by providing knowledgeable support and addressing questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activities
• Track individual performance metrics and contribute to team objectives
• Complete ongoing training programs to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

Qualifications
