Saguaro Alliance is growing, and we're looking for a Wireless Sales Team Member to join our team in Tucson, AZ! In this role, you'll engage directly with customers and enroll them in our clients' top wireless services, all while building the foundation for a rewarding career in sales. We're willing to train highly motivated people from customer service backgrounds into entry- level wireless sales management roles no prior sales experience required, just the drive to learn and grow. Responsibilities

:

• Interact directly with customers to answer questions and provide information about wireless product offers
• Assist customers with wireless enrollment and provider services
• Follow up on customer inquiries and unresolved concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with customers to make sure expectations are understood
• Research billing inquiries and claims to provide accurate wireless service support
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve concerns
• Support the wireless sales team with additional duties as assigned Wireless Sales Team Member
