What You'll Do

• Work internet leads and fresh ups like a true closer
• Build rapport and guide bilingual customers through the full car-buying process
• Dominate follow-up and turn opportunities into deliveries
• Know inventory, financing, and programs inside and out
• Drive gross, volume, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• 2+ years of auto sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to generate strong grosses
• Tech-savvy with CRMs and lead management systems
