Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly using the cash register.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Utilize retail math to manage inventory effectively and assist with sales reporting.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate promotions and sales effectively to customers to drive sales.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Previous experience in cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred.
• Basic understanding of retail math principles to assist with inventory management.
• Ability to stock shelves efficiently while maintaining an organized workspace.
• Experience in conducting product demos to showcase features effectively is a plus.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
