Overview

Are you a closer who loves design and thrives on independence? We are seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to connect with homeowners, contractors, builders, and interior designers. In this role, you will manage your own schedule, consult with clients on their renovation projects, and turn design concepts into closed sales. What You'll Do

• Consult & Design: Meet with clients on-site to understand their vision, measure spaces, and recommend the perfect cabinet and countertop solutions.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local residential contractors, remodelers, interior designers, and property managers.
• Close Deals: Present design proposals, provide accurate project estimates, and confidently close high-ticket sales.
• Lead Generation: While we provide some active marketing leads, you will also utilize networking and local outreach to build your personal pipeline.
• Manage Projects: Follow up with clients from the initial consultation through to the final installation to ensure total customer satisfaction. What We Look For
• Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of outside sales experience (experience in construction, remodeling, flooring, roofing, or real estate is a major plus).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen/bath cabinetry, countertops (quartz, granite, marble), or home design software (e.g., Pro Kitchen) is highly preferred but not required.
• The Hustle: A self-starter mindset with strong negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to travel to client sites.
