Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and financial options to help customers make informed decisions
• Process transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling and cashiering procedures
• Support banking and financial service functions such as loan processing, account inquiries, and cash management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail sales techniques, financial software, and store promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales transactions, cash reconciliation, and inventory management

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently
• Basic math proficiency, including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing skills
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cashiering and stock replenishment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
