Fine Jewelry Sales Associate E &Co; Jewelers Chandler Fashion Center Chandler, AZ $16 - $25 per hour + Commission Full-Time / Part-Time Job

Overview

E&Co; Jewelers is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chandler Fashion Center. If you are passionate about luxury retail, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a commission-driven environment, we would love to meet you. As a Sales Associate, you will create exceptional shopping experiences, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to store sales goals.

Compensation

• $16 - $25 per hour base pay

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Provide product knowledge on fine jewelry, diamonds, watches, and custom pieces
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Build and maintain a strong client book
• Process transactions accurately using POS system
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual standards
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising
• Support team members to create a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (jewelry experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented What We're Looking For
