We are now seeking a sales coordinator for our Miami Gardens Headquarters location. This is a position with availability for training, professional growth, and career advancement.

Requirements

3 years' experience in purchasing and order entry Proficient in Microsoft Office suite a must Experience with Core Business Systems a Plus Office Furniture Experience a plus Serve as a liaison between the manufacturer and sales Ability to escalate complex issues after trying to resolve independently Answer questions, such as order status, pricing, and changes to orders Ability to work well with others; Must interact professionally with colleagues Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Must possess advance problem-solving and time management skills Willing and able to learn and adapt to new technology Job

Duties

Order & Data entry (accuracy a must) Keep orders, acknowledgements and other projects organized Manage logistics to track and receive orders into the system Official
