Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the right window solutions
• Present product options, pricing, and financing in a clear, consultative way
• Follow a proven sales process from first conversation through closed deal
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Participate in daily coaching, training, and team meetings to sharpen your skills
• Track your pipeline and performance, staying accountable to your goals
