About the Role

: This isn't your typical entry level positionit's a stepping stone into the business world with full support, hands-on training, and clear pathways for advancement. You'll start in face-to-face sales, representing our client's campaigns in local neighborhoods, retail locations, and community events across El Paso. What You'll Be Doing:

• Represent popular, nationally recognized brands at event-based locations
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and handle objections with confidence
• Maintain a positive, resilient attitude during every interaction
• Bring your personality, energy, and enthusiasm to the team every day
• Learn sales, marketing, and communication skills from the ground up What We're Looking For:
• Must be able to commute to our office in El Paso, TX
• Available for at least 12 weeks (with long-term and permanent roles available)
• No previous experience requiredwe provide complete training
• Confidence, willingness to learn, and great people skills
