Business Development Manager / Sales Representative Signage Division

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to lead the growth of our Signage Division. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and increasing revenue through the sale of commercial signage solutions. Our Signage Division has a fully established operations team, including design, permitting, fabrication, and installation. The successful candidate's primary responsibility is to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that keeps our production teams working at full capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial signage opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build relationships with developers, general contractors, property managers, franchise groups, retail chains, municipalities, and commercial property owners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking events, and industry associations.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and present signage solutions.
• Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful project execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly forecasting and activity reports.
• Follow up on proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term client partnerships.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (commercial construction or signage preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial sales and relationship management.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client meetings. Preferred Experience

• 3% commission on gross profit for self-generated projects.
• Additional performance bonuses based on annual revenue and division growth.
• No cap on commissions.
