Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication
• Present service product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly to encourage informed purchasing decisions
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Generate new business through door-to-door sales, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
• Meet with homeowners and property managers to discuss their exterior cleaning needs.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of pressure washing, paver sealing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and other company services.
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and explain pricing to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
• Work toward and consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Represent the company professionally by maintaining a positive attitude and strong customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with experience in route driving preferred
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Familiarity with route planning and safe driving practices essential for compliance and safety
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills or a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable approaching potential customers and initiating conversations.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk throughout neighborhoods when prospecting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond professionally to customer questions and objections.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
