Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead regional growth initiatives for a growing hospice organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving referrals, increasing patient census, developing strategic partnerships, and coaching a high-performing business development team. Your Impact

• Develop and execute regional business development and marketing strategies to drive referrals, admissions, and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach Business Development team members to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze market trends and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Represent the organization at networking events, community outreach programs, and professional meetings.
• Ensure effective use of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales reporting. What Makes You A Great Fit
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare business development.
• Proven success leading sales teams and growing referral networks.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
