• Be the Voice of Customer Service: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line and assist over the counter customers, addressing their parts needs with expertise and enthusiasm.
• Stay Ahead of Customer Needs: Proactively manage a daily customer call list to communicate and anticipate weekly and monthly orders including coordinating delivery routes.
• Facilitate Orders Smoothly: Verify customer account status and secure necessary authorizations to ensure seamless accuracy and satisfaction.
• Create a Welcoming Space: Organize and restock the showroom to provide customers with an inviting shopping experience. What We're Looking For
• 1 years of experience in sales or a related field, particularly in the tank trailer industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications for efficient sales management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities. Physical
