Welcome to The Window Depot! We are a family owned and operated company that sells windows, doors, skylights, countertops, cabinets, and other millwork products. The Window Depot takes pride in providing quality service and affordable prices. We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our company and would be responsible for providing excellent customer experience by helping customers make selections for their project needs.

Job Description

• Helping customers select the right products and ensuring special orders and quotes are accurate.
• Placing special orders and following through to delivery.
• Greeting customers with a friendly smile and seeing that all customer needs are met.
• Answering phones and emails.
• Handling cash drawer and opening/closing duties.
• Help stock merchandise.
• Help keep the store clean and safe. Job

Requirements

• Must be friendly and professional.
• Offer excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills and reading a tape measure.
• Computer skills: Email, Microsoft Office, and Internet.
• Have proper phone etiquette.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Millwork experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work morning, evening, and Saturday shifts.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Job Type: Full-time position Schedule varies between morning and evening shifts including Saturdays. The Window Depot hours are Mon-Fri 7am- 4pm and Saturday's 8:30am-2:30pm. Closed on Sundays. Pay Range

: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour,
